FS: Set of Dunlop SP 8090 100Km old

hey guys I'm selling my spare set of Dunlop SP 8090 which only have one hundred(100 KM) on them. the tires are in perfect condition, the rubber is not cracking, no bulges in side wall.

225/45ZR18

the tires are located in Aurora, ONT and would prefer to sell locally since shipping would be expensive

tirerack.com asks $260(US funds) each tire

I'm asking $500cnd for the set(4)
