Hey, I was wondering if anyone has a DIY for installing a Hood. I just purchased the Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood, and ive installed everything else on my car. So I dont plan on paying anyone to do it. Just wondering abuot the whole alignment and all..... Thanks guys

 

Get a friend, unbolt the hood together. Just loosen the farthest bold from the windshield, undo the other.. Swap hood & hood latch.. Attach back to car, adjust & tighten.. lower & close. check gaps.. raise, & adjust some more.. You can only adjust so much honestly..

 

what about the winddow wiper stuff

what window wiper stuff? The nozzels for the windsheild washer are in the plastic section between the hood and windsheild. Just look at your hood- there are no nozzels on it

wow...i think it took me longer to put on the fender strakes then it did for the hood... with just me and my 12 year old lil bro it only took like 35 minutes...and most of the time consumption was bringing the hood from the basement.....thanks guys
