Gas smell in cabin? And P0301 CEL

Recently, I can smell unburned gas smell more and more in the cabin. Its usually smellable when I stop at a light after a short drive, or even during a cruise, sometimes the smell really becomes strong.

And I also got a flashing CEL once a while when I push the car.
Pulled the code, P0301, Front rotor misfire. I've searched for this code and it comes up with bunch of stuff. Any of the that would associate with the gas smell?

Any tips on fixing the probs??

New mazda upgraded coils were changed approx 4k miles ago
Spark plugs were probably replaced <10k miles ago.

Could it be the plugs??

thanx!!

Get your car in and have them check for an injector leak. This happened to me. When they rev the car they might not spot it. It has to be at low revs of shut off for them to see the fuel collect on the engine. It took my dealership about 1/2 hour to find it because when they first came back to me and said there is no leak, I told them I was not going to drive the car away...look again!!
