Transmission issue (but what exactly is it?)

Hey guys, I need to tap into the knowledge here. I've been browsing all the transmissions threads I can find here, but none seem to have the same symptoms as me.

Alright, here's the diagnosis.

Car shifts hard, and by that I don't mean it goes into gear hard, the actual shift is pretty rough though (as in de-pressing clutch, pressing gas part). It's not that I don't know how to drive a stick, the car used to drive perfectly for me, but it's really rough lately and getting worse.

Shifter rattles really bad while idle'ing and it sounds like a blender underneath the car at around 800rpm. At 1000+pm while idle'ing it's fine, it's only once it hits 7-800 rpm idling that the rattle gets bad. Sounds like it's coming from the transmission for sure. Car also vibrates fairly bad at around 120kph.

Like I said, it goes into all 6 gears fine, it just shifts hard and rattles bad while idle'ing.

What are your guys thoughts?

Consult the TSBs (motor mounts, clutch issue)
What year is your car?
Vibration at speed is usually caused by wheel imbalance. Get the wheels checked for damage then get a good balancing job done.
