I'm curious what you guys are paying for incurance in New York.

I'm in Bayside Queens and I'm insured with Geico and pay a little over $2000 a year.

I'm thinking of switching to TSC Direct.... I've heard good things about them

BTW No tickets, No accidents, No Claims. Car is insured in both my name and my wife's. Full coverage. $1000 deductible...

I'd like to read some details of other peoples rates.

 

I have Geico in NYC too, and I'm paying $1500/year. Perfect driving record. $500 collision deductible. Paying less than you prob because I'm old (50+) and I've been with Geico 10+ years.

10 years with Geico and it's still $1500/Year? Whoa... that sounds high doesn't it?
I should pay more than you of course... I'm 30 and have only been with Geico for 1 year.

 

I'm with Geico too: clean driving record (I think); 2 cars insured (accord as primary, only liability and 8 full coverage $1000 ded), been with them for 6 yrs and paying $1,784/year.

 

Why are you guys paying so much for car insurance. Im with State farm and paying $900 a yr for full coverage with State farm. That is with like every discount availiable though. This car is actually cheaper then my previous 03 nissan sentra spec V
