Help me out guys. I plan on buying the exhaust finisher this coming week. The thing is everywhere I look they have a different price on them. Are they all the same or what ? I'm thinking maybe there different material or something.

Thanks.

oem ones are all the same. I have them, can't say they're worth it unless you're worried about exhaust melting your shrouds.

Everybody disses the exhaust shrouds, I am not sure why.
I have them and love them, they look good with the mazdaspeed sport exhaust.
They look good on a silver rx8.

my car is silver.

with my borla exhaust tips, the shrouds are difficult to see.

for the cost, it really isn't a worthwhile mod. I only bought it to keep the heat off the plastic.

And even then, used for $100 is barely worth it.

Everywhere I've looked it seems people mostly dont like it. I've only seen one RX8 with them and I thought it looked good. I'm going for it .

If you have stock tips you will be able to see the finishers.

I like the look of them but from what I have seen with Greddy SP2 tips it is pointless and only makes the exhaust tips look crammed.

they're really only visible from the side profile of the car, any other angle and it's nonexistant.

For such small pieces of metal they sure are expensive. My car came with them and to be honest I didnt really care for them.
