Wolverine's new wheels!

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. Yes, I haven't gotten tyres for them yet. When I get my tax return next week, I'll be getting Yokohama Advan Neova AD07. The wheels are Work Emotion XT-7 18x8.5F and 18x9.5R with +38 offset all around.

Nice looking wheels ...good choice that accents the red nicely. I bet they would look great on my GG as well! Hurry-up and get your tax money so we can see em on your car!!

I got a little anxious about seeing them on the car. They are flush against the fenders, though. The reason why I got these matted bronze wheels, is after seeing this pic....

What is your tire size going to be? In the rear especially.

I wanted it to look like how that RX-7 looks. Narrow tyres on wider wheels. I wanted 255 in the rear but I couldn't get the particular Yokohama tyres in to match what I wanted. So I'll be getting 265 in the rear. If tyre rubbing is an issue, I have a brother in law that could roll or cut the fenders.

Why I asked was I have same rear rims sizes as you with the same offset, and am running 255/40/18's and have very slight rubbing when going over good size bumps.

Do you have a stock suspension? My car is lowered with Tein springs and I have Tanabe front and rear swaybars.

Thanks. I was at one point going to get the same wheels as you, but then it would have cost me about a grand more than what I got for these.

Racing Beat lowering springs(1/2 inch...not much), but with standard shocks at the moment.
