Went out to my garage this morning and was greeted by a totally flat right rear tire. I'm going to take it in to see about getting it patched. I jacked up the car and got all the lug nuts off but I can't get the wheel off. It won't budge! What's the problem?

 

sit on your rear and kick the bottom of the tire. It should come off, that happens to most wheels.
