Question Brake Disc, DBA, R1Concept, Brembo, Powerdisc?????????

I am pretty new in the States. I want to buy brake discs for my RX 8, 2004, because
the original discs always getting to hot and than demaged! Autobahn! I have no idea with all the brands, DBA, R1Concept, Brembo, Powerdisc, Bear and so on. Which can you recommend and why? Thanks in advance!

replacement rotors are pretty much what you are looking for

powerslot and brembo make some really good ones

They'll also cost you around $2-3k for fronts only. The stock brakes are really quite good. If you want to just cool them more, you can pick up a pair of slotted/x-drilled for under $400.00 for fronts AND backs.

If you've got the bread--Brembo is definatley good. Powerslot, too. If you're on a budget, you can go with Endless Rotaries or the RX7store.net. Any "upgrade" would only make an excellent braking system better. My advice is just be weary of ebay. If they are selling a full set of rotors for $40.00, don't buy em.

2 Cents.

1-piece rotors http://www.racingbrake.com/MAZDA_RX8_s/235.htm

2-piece rotors http://www.racingbrake.com/RX8_s/4393.htm

some decent weight savings from the 2-piece rotors, if you want to get serious their front BBK drops 12 lb off each front wheel
