the RE 040 win because it is rainning, the other tires are summer tires. what they said is the RE 01R feel like the RE 040, turn in is very nice but a little loss when exit.
the neova initial trn in have a little under feeling, but it is very stable when exit.
also the neova side wall feel a little soft, that is why the initial turn in have the under steer.

 

I thought they were racing blind..

 

the RE040 isn't a summer tire? They're all summer tires... the question answered apparently is which is the best summer rain tire.
