Exclamation Need Tire suggestions for OE wheels

I need new tires and I tried to search for threads on tires but almost everything listed are people wanting to sell there OE setup.

Anyways, this is what I need(Decent tire for limited autocross):

Treadware = 18,000 miles but no more than 25 K miles (That way I dont have to wait so long to change them if I dont like them)

Size = 245/40/18's (Any trouble running this size?)

Basically a good performing tire in the price range of $125 to $150. So far these are the candidates...

Kumho MX
Falcon RT-615 (I heard a lot of good things but may not last 18 k miles)
Kumho SPT

What do you all think? I am ordering the tires today but I have no experience with any of them and need some help.

Thanks!

I have Kumho MX's and so far they've proven to be a GREAT tire! The traction on them is fantastic and they're not very noisy.

How many miles do you have on them? How much tread is left?

take a look at the Toyo R1's. Very popular, very good tire. (little pricier though)

I think I finally decided to go with the Kum - Hoe's...LMAO!!

Kumho MX's seem to be the best bang for my buck no matter what I look up. I checked out the Toyo's but could not locate on reviews for them so I basically would have to go one the 1 persons word that they are good.

Anyways, thanks guys! If I get them soon I will make sure to post a pic or 2.

www.edgeracing.com. And they are located in Miami, FL. I got my Toyo's from them. I really like them, and they have great treadwear. Personally I think the traction is a bit better then the Kumho's.
