Why cant I upgrade the stupid DVD unit

I kept burning the update with DVD-R and CD-R. I just cant get the thing to read the disc, I kept getting the cant read disc error. Anyone have an idea or an extra copy they don't use.

it is a dual layer disc. btw.. you are trying to steal on an open forum... that is dumber than most of your posts..
