Can someone of you guys make some suggustions
I am going to buy a new set of rims in the next few weeks, I want to stay with 18's but would like a few suggestions so I can begin/finish my research. I would like the lightest or light weight wheels. I have mazda speed ways, tein flex*, MS front and rear strut suports and a few other engine/body peices. cost isn't a make or break deal..............It's what looks good and what will help with the unsprung weight. I am willing to give some or each factor for the best/better setups in 18inch trim.

If you drastically deviate from the total size of the stock wheel (rims+tires), then your speedo may be off (more so than the factory deviations). If this is important to you, you'd have to proportionally thin your tires as you increase rim size. If not, get 20's!

I have just the wheel for you! The Enkei RPF1 is a very lightweight attractive wheel. It is the most common "track style" wheel you will find on this forum. The wheels are fairly priced as well.. some have even started powdrecoating them in black for a super stealth look!

The stock tires have an outside diameter of just over 26 inches new and just under 26 inches when worn out. Just keep your new tires as close to 26 inches as possible and you won't affect the speedometer accuracy.

The answer to this question depends on what width tire you want to run and what your tastes in looks are. I personally favor either the WedsSport SA70 or TC005; they aren't the lightest 18 inchers available, but won't break the bank, are fairly light, and relatively attractive. If you have an unlimited budget, I'd recommend either the Volk Racing CE28N (just about the lightest wheel out there) or the TE37. If you're racing, the Enkei RP-F1s really can't be beat.
