The RX-8 doesn't suck in snow.......... the stock Potenzas do. If your reason for selling the car is the upcoming winter then just put some Blizzaks on and call it a day. Something sounds a little sketch to me.

I repeat, the RX-8 does NOT suck in snow. You just need some snow tires like the Blizzaks. Many people on here do this and have no problems driving in snow. You don't know what you're talking about.

Why the **** would you want a Hummer? You're just paying for the badge on an overpriced, underpowered, unreliable gas guzzler. They are some of the worst vehicles on the market.

I'm trying to inform you but apparently you can't be helped. Trading your RX-8 in for $15K when you could just put Blizzaks on it is complete idiocy.

I've driven my 8 the past two winter here in NH and have had zero problems driving it in the snow. I do swap over to winter wheels and snow tires. If you have not driven your 8 with snow on the ground and snow tires, then your should have no opinion on how the car handles. I have 2 and now going on 3 years of driving my 8 during the winter know can confirm the 8 does well in the snow.

The H3 is a retarded under powered wanna be truck. I had one as a loaner car and I could not wait to get rid of it.

Besides Hummers are so last year... and a 5 cyl and all that weight is stupid..

There's only one hummer I'd ever want and it has nothing to do with a truck.

Oh yeah, also an entertaining clip on youtube concerning the h2 vs a range rover on Top Gear:

do a car fax idiot. cant hide a "serious accident".anyway i got too much grief from this site and just traded it in.wasnt sure who was serious and just playing.gone is the floodings and monthly recalls.also the ever so popular malfunctioning heater switch.changed 3 times at tasca mazda.they suck too.
recalls...
battery
heat shield on tank
plugs
tie rod
cat converter
next time dont rush the car out just to keep up with the 350z or g35.28000 thou sticker price got to be kidding me.well took a shot and got burnt by mazda.my stupidity i guess.15thou on a trade in should tell me all i need to know.and that was three dealers providence norwood and boston.you can put lipstick on a pig but shes still a pig! rock on boys.zoom putt putt zoom

...says the guy about to buy an H3.

Also, flooding isn't an issue if the recalls have been completed and you know how to take care of a rotary-powered car. You had a 2004 which is a first year model. First year models of any car have some issues that need to be addressed and that's just the way it is. It's obvious to me as well as other posters that you didn't maintain your 8 properly and generally lack the knowledge to care for any vehicle. I'm certain you will have just as many problems with your H3. Enjoy!
