Also, flooding isn't an issue if the recalls have been completed and you know how to take care of a rotary-powered car. You had a 2004 which is a first year model. First year models of any car have some issues that need to be addressed and that's just the way it is. It's obvious to me as well as other posters that you didn't maintain your 8 properly and generally lack the knowledge to care for any vehicle.
