so basically this weekly get together of exotics got the boot from its normal venue and some folsk at ford who regularly atttend the get together stepped up and offered the parking lot at PAG in Irvine.

which is cool except they start this weekend and will be there NEXT weekend too which is 7stock weekend. now this weekly meet is only a couple hour affair normally ending at 9am. but it could effect the traffic inthe area with thousands of rotor heads lining up to get in to 7stock while these exoctics and the people who come to see them are milling about and then trying to leave.

 

WOW...this is going to be a traffic jam....i hope they have this figured out

oh NO, with the SoCal Caravan growing to almost 100 cars, this could cause quite a traffic jam... and one heck of a photo opportunity.

 

Well i just heard from Berny-

unnecessary stress by me- there is not going to be a CC meet on the 28th. so no problems at all to worry about on that front- phew- sorry for the scare folks.

course it a shame we wont get to see a few of the cars that show up to that meet....

 

cant let them steal the limelight from us!!!!

 

Mazda HQ will be OVER RUNNED with Rotary Heaven next weekend, starting on Friday! I doubt you will see any other car makes within a .5mile vicinity of the lot, other than ROTARY POWER!

WELL... It seems that someone at FORD dropped the ball and did NOT cancel the C&C show, so it is still on. We sat down and met with FORD, MAZDA, and the other show people and have come up with a good plan, but it will require everyones cooperation and patience. There is more than enough room, and we can make it happen without chaos... so please follow all instructions the morning-of and we will all be good...

i saw that on autoblog- i mentioned it there in a comment and they said it was still on but relegated to what was their "public" parking at Jag. this'll be cool once everyone is parked- all those rotaries and then a whole slew of exotics too
