DIY: 2005 Key Rattle Fix
I know I'll probably get flamed for this one but my $200 key had starting rattling due to normal wear. The fix is pretty simple. Cut a piece of vacuum hose (very narrow piece a fraction wider than the key slot). Then cut that piece in half. Carefully push the small "U" shaped piece into the key slot about 1/2" from the tip of the key. Rattle gone!
