This is from factory.
Customer installed and didn't like it.
We took it back and it is as new but we can't sell it that way.
The only sign on it is rub mark where it goes into reverse.
If I didn't tell you you'd never see it.
If you bought a new one it would look like this after one drive.
This is only the second shifter we've ever had to take back in 9 years.

Couldn't wait, installed it on my lunch break. Took all of 15 minutes. Not sure why the person returned it. Works awesome and is of superior quality.
