dude, believe me when i told you about turbo, i think you haven't been around long time...the only kit that i know which has low mount turbo with external wastegate is MAzsport, i might be wrong. internal wastegate, then you have Greddy or BHR..
now, upper mount, that's different story....you will have a lot of options.
you can look around for more....just some information..

Steve, there are some DL developments I have heard of .... we should have two more low mounts available before the summer is over .... rotoryfan, can you post some pics?
