After agreeing on a price, getting all paper work and bill of sale set, buyer backed out twice.

I have clearly stated this in my original post, do not waste my time.

For this week only, the price will be dropped because this is taking up garage space and is priced to sold.

Non of these current prices will be negotiated and they stand FIRM
