OP just order it new they are about $100 new shipped. The Base / Red OEM RX-8 sway only comes on the base car. Most auto RX-8's have the Sport susp. pack.

Team I just sold a red rear bar. I wish I knew you were looking for one. Anyway with your Mazdaspeed Motor Sports discount you should be able to get a rear for less than $60.
I got part #'s for urethane bushing sets that fit the OEM brackets. I may still have a set in the garage, I will take a look if you PM me.
