My GMC fullsize truck for your RX8

I have a 2001 GMC Sierra Reg Cab Short Bed V6 4.3L 4x2 90K miles 5spd manual trans. I would like to trade for your RX8. The truck is worth around 8K. I would prefer it have no more than 75K miles or so. I would also prefer that it be the GT model. Trade or trade with cash. Open to any offers. What have you got? SoCal and i'll meet anyone half way.
