That one is sold, and I'm not sure how you determine that it's in better condition. I don't care man I'll go down on price a little but not any more than $$$ + Shipping = 300.

You can buy a brand new one from AEM for about $440.
Andy's Auto Sport is selling it for $320
Considering the intake had been on for 6 months, I'd say $250-275 shipped is fair. Lowballing won't get you anywhere.
EDIT: I picked mine up for $150+shipping, but that was because I had to buy a new filter, and there were more miles on the intake.
