I have received many questions as two people ( that I am aware of) have been organizing group buys.

I can and will not reveal names of anyproduct recipients on these pages, as it might be a violationof privacy.

However, I will be posting when we receive orders and payment from group buy organizers, so that people will know that their funds are not being diverted.

I will use the organizers login name, to protect THIER privacy.

 

We have received a group buy order from Epitrochoid.

He has submitted an order for 10 units of our Stage 1 kit, and has made payment in full.

ETA for this order is approximately 3 - 4 weeks.

The product will be shipped to his address and he will be distributing to buyers from there, as per the arrangements they have made with him.

Would you be able to post a reply when the unit's are shipped to Epitrochoid? This way everyone knows that they were shipped and we will know when to expect them. I am currently in on the first GB of 10 units. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival!!

Don't plan on hearing anything back from Maurice. He wants the wonderful benefits of designing a great product but doesn't want to deal with the customer satisfaction side of it. He'll just tell you to deal directly with Epitrochoid who really has his hands tied in the matter.

This is something I will never do again.

 

Pretty rough deeznutz...

I thought Maurice was very clear in his first post, "Please do not email or PM me for further details on this group buy, as this is his responsibility to handle your questions".
There have been times when the folks at CanZoomer's shop have been slow in responding to those of us that bought directly from him, but generally with reason (last minute changes to the product, the flu, dealing with Mazda's flash changes, etc). The initial launch has been prolonged, but hang in there.

 

Well I can tell you I was at Maurice's place today delivering some more completed boxes. Rachael tells me the first group buy shipment will be early next week ("That group of units will go to the first group buy"). I'm sure they will notify the organizer and he will notify the buyers.

So we're now about half way into January orders, I think.
