Before you go back, take a look at the position of your camber bolts. If the driver front is rotated so that it is pointing away from the wheel (ie the cam is pushing the wheel out as much as possible), then there is not much more to be had.
The other thing you can do to help, is loosen all the suspension bolts, jack up the hub to compress the suspension as much as possible, then tighten everything back up again.
so I took a picture of the driver side camber adjustment bolt. If I am not mistaken this not at the max neg camber setting - now I have -1.1 degree and there are two more marks left to max caber setting. How much more is each of these marks?

Jack up the hub until the jack stand under that corner barely becomes loose. At that point, the suspension is supporting the weight of that corner.
My car is set up at 13.5" all around with a full tank of gas. That nets me a little positive rake as I burn through fuel. I think we are on the same tire size, so that should work for you. Be aware it is pretty low for street driving.

At 13.5" did you have to roll the fenders, or was the difference made up in wheel/tire size? I'm at 14" and I still experience what I believe to be some rubbing at odd angles. With stock rims/tire size though. I suppose it's possible what I'm hearing is completely unrelated though too.
I run 17" Enkei's that come stock with the Lancer Evo IX, they are 5×114.3 with 38mm offset I believe, and I run 245/45 R17 Yokohama Advan Neova AD08's on them, you can get the rims for 300-350$ for all 4. I paid 350 in perfect condition, they weigh about 20.2 lbs each from what Ive measured, and the Neovas I got on sale for 167 a piece I believe. They run beautifully with the advan neovas, only other mod to the car are hawk HP+ pads. Its a great setup for the stock car. I generate really good lap time. Ford Mustang 3306 rims are also great with Toyo RA1, but I don't run em.
Rocking 245/40/18 Riken Raptors on OE Wheels and Alignment. It's alright for what I spent on the tires, but could use some tweaking with the alignment to make slightly better.
