Cel flashing cant figure it out

Okay guys my cel is flashing however it only does it once in awhile. I replaced wires plugs and coil packs. It still feels like its misfiring. If i stay under 5k rpm its somewhat fine however as soon as i go over 5krpm the car bogs down and i get a HUGE cloud of smoke out the exhaust. Cat issue? 02 sensor issue? Im lost my car has been down since june of 2016 i want to get it running again

Yea i took it to mazda and all its clear. Checked it with my buddies and it just says cylinder 2 misfire. O2 sensors were working fine and exhaust seemed fine. At idle everything is okay as soon as im over 5k is when everything happens
