FS: Cobb Accessport for 2005 Mazda RX-8

Okay, my last thread got hijacked by arguments over stuff that's not related to the sale.

I am lowering my price significantly.

Asking $400 shipped within the USA.

They're all the same. You'll still have to get it tuned, though.

Sale currently pending. If you want it that bad, you can offer me a better price. ;p

Answering questions I got in my PM:

As for why I'm selling, I sold my RX-8. So it's kinda useless to me now. If anything, I need the money to pay for a new Cobb AP for my MazdaSpeed6.

Also, this IS unmated from my car. I wouldn't sell it at $350 if it's just paperweight.

You're gonna want to jump on that sooner than later.
Cobb will probably discontinue the MS 3/6 part number soon and I'm gonna pull the plug on it before that, probably.

If that's the case, I'll just go with a StandBack from CPe. It's no rush.

lol. Better ask around about the Standback before you commit to one. (If you like actually driving the car, that is.)

I can vouch for a good number of locals that went with the standback and still haven't gotten it to work with their cars yet.

And even if you get it to work, it has the same problems that the Int-X does on the RX-8.

More than likely I'll be driving down to CPe's shop to have it installed. If they can't work it, there are a multitude of options for the MS6.

CPe has been extremely helpful and supportive with the MazdaSpeed community. They actually welcome any of us to just show up at their shop and watch how they work. They are also willing to do StandBack installations for MSF people.

Look it up yourself.

If anything, I'm deeply skeptical about taking your word about any of the other ECU programming solutions. You do have a conflict of interest in the matter.
