Well if you guys didn't figure it already the "Official" I-10 Caravan from Texas and beyond has fizzled.

I was stoked for it this year, but I just can't rationalize making the trip alone since everyone has pulled out.

Maybe next year, see you guys in Irvine!

OH heck ya that'd be awesome! I'm never early and neither is Box. I take it you're like us You'd better eat breakfast before we meet, or have it in tow in a cooler in your passenger seat. We won't have time for Cracker Barrel me thinks... while plenty of these folks WILL be there by 6 or 6:15 :D

I'll PM you my cell #

Yea, runs great, no problem there, but I GOTTA have my new CarPc installed otherwise, I will be a VERY sad boy... I love having GPS, XM, Wifi, sCANalyzer, DVD and all the other goodies on long trips...

Plus I just took the rear bumper to the painter's today along with my new side vents for some body work... so I am driving around right now bumperless...looks kinda cool actually...but not for SSX! New wheels are coming Tues. and I still need to buy two front tires for them.

Might even try to get my TPMS out of my original wheels (which are currently on my friend's FD) and install those, but that's not a priority... I got more yellow lights on the dash than a back porch in summertime.

Do I re-install the sub-box for the trip, or leave it out to save weight? Ahh screw it, I'll throw it in....whats another 60- pounds after installing 4 55-60 pound wheel assemblies right? Dammit those wheels. But, gotta pimp up for Charles' rotary expedition video!

^What he said!

Hey Pools, I didn't get that PM from you. I don't know if I'm going to eat before or get up early at eat at CB. Depends on who else will be there I guess, so I don't have to eat in the company of strangers LOL

I'm still waiting on the Rockblocker but the hood better be on before SSX!! And hopefully my eyelids and wheels will be here, too!

I just ordered a set of new NGK spark plugs (leading and trailing) and new coils to take as spares for the trip, too. I'm also going to pick up some Redline MT-90 this week to sway trans fluid. The Idemitsu is back-ordered 2-3 weeks , so hopefully that last quart I have will be enough premix for the trip!

I wish I got the eyelids too, could had them painted with my other stuff... What Rockblocker stuff are you getting? Tinted headlights?
