When Warranty Can Be Voided

Found this on the bmw club forum and thought I'd share... Sorry if it's a repost.

This law basically explains when & how a manufacturer is allowed to void your warranty under the law:

I thought everyone knew this already...the dealer has to prove the aftermarket mod was the cause the the malfunction/damage...
