I purchased a used BHR ignition system from Macius8 last Monday and I have yet to hear from anyone at BHR with regards about shipping the system to them for reconditioning.

That's strange. I had a message from both the seller and Charles R. Hill about reconditioning my kit and I haven't even got them yet.
