URGENT HELP, Flammable material?
So after a little bit of searching around google I found no really answer to my question, so I will hit you guys up.
My heat shielding on the bottom side of my car, right above the exhaust, midpipe section, has cracked. Some of it was dragging on the ground and ripped off. I checked underneath when I got back, and just my luck, some "furry, or hairy" like material is exposed to the heat that the exhaust pipes give off. I think this might be sound deadening material? I'm not really too sure.
My question is, is that material flammable? I am anosmic to pretty much everything, meaning I can't smell, so this is a pretty big issue for me. If that stuff starts to burn, I wont know until its too late. Thanks for the help guys. Be a dude (or gal), save my life (potentially).
