Silly, but my front bumper just wont come off

Ok so I have removed front bumpers before on my older cars. No big deal, remove all screws from fender wall, screws under the bumper holding it against the plastic guard, and also removed screws from under the hood that holds the padding for teh hood, and covers the top of the radiator (not sure if this step is necessary, but I did it anyway because I was running out of ideas).

Anyway, I started pulling off the front bumper from the fenders first, no problem, they all unlcliped as they should. But then I went to pull off the bumper from the middle, and it was stuck...

It felt as if there was a screw in the middle of the bumper holding it against the frame or something. So what i did next was removed the license plate holder (again, ran out of ideas), and that didn't help at all.

Is there a screw I forgot to take off?

I think there is a clip/slider in the center of the bumper, like at the corners.

My 8 year old boy and I just installed the Racing Beat oil cooler screens Saturday. I simply followed the RB directions and it came right off. There are 10 screws on the bottom of the bumper cover, four of the plastic fasteners in the wheel wheels (on each side), 1 screw in each wheel well (at the top of the row of fasteners), and you have to take off that plastic trim under the hood, and then remove the four screws and 2 plastic fasteners there. There were no hidden fasteners or screws on my 09.

Thanks, I will have to give it a shot again, maybe i just wasn't pulling hard enough. Did you pull straight out? Or did you pull at an angle upwards?
