NGK ZE81 Spark Plug Wire Set on Series II
I've searched the site but haven't been able to find any threads discussing utilizing the NGK ZE81 (4858) Spark Plug Wire Set on a Series II RX8. I would imagine they would work, but NGK doesn't list anything after 2008 model year for these wires. Has anyone utilized them on their Series 2?

It likely isn't listed for 09+ cars due to the S2 cars coming with different plug wires than the S1 cars. As to exactly if it will work/is a good idea - I'll have to do some digging and get back to you on that.

I'm wondering what is different about the SII spark plug wires. The spark plugs are the same, the coils are technically the same (The C and B versions are backwards compatible with Series I), and the distance from coil to the plug is the same.
I would think that the wires from a Series I would work with no problem on a Series II?

The Series II OE N3R1-18-140A Lead Set AFAIK is just an updated (better material) than the original OE S1 Leads/Wires, I have no reason not to believe that any 'made for' RX-8 Leads will work on either series.
