Bumper slider removal

Hoping someone can help. During a recent ice storm I tapped a wall (5-10) mph. Slight scratch but nothing major. Bumper on passenger side popped out at wheel arch. Have taken it off and looks like metal behind bumper slider bent. Am trying to get bumper slider off, but can't figure it out. Have taken bolts off, but it won't budge. Nothing I can find in FSM or Body manuals. Any thoughts?

Not sure why it was uploaded turned on it's side, but have corrected the picture. It's the front where the front bumper meets by headlight at wheel arch.

I didn't realize that this was for the S-II RX-8, but you may have to completely remove the whole passenger side fender. It's not difficult; location of the 10mm bolt mounts could be the same for S-I. Three on the top(with the hood open), one is near the door hinge(with the passenger door open), a phillips screw near the pinch welds below, and two just below the headlights.

Haven't removed that fender before, so maybe your right. Few things I need to take care of this weekend but may try to fit this in too. Will let you know what I find out.

If I remember correctly when I had my bumper off, you take bolts off which you did. And on back side of it gotta squeeze the little teeth and push out. Don't need to take whole fender off for this. But , this is my first thought from the top of my head without actually seeing it.

Ruskivovka91 is correct. There are teeth on back side that have to be pinched together once the bolts are removed.
