I can switch on to CD and it's showing as on, but does not allow to load, play or eject and does not show error or any other information including beeping. I have disconnected the batttery to see if it would re programme but no luck. Any suggestions?

 

That happened to mine. I had the dealership order a replacement under warranty. Then when the part came in and I made an appointment to bring it in, it started working - but they changed it anyway.

I tried everything - remove the fuse, unplugged the connectors in the back. Nothing work. Except every day I would keep hitting the load button, then one day you could hear the changer making a moving sound and it started working. Again that was right before taking it back in to have it replaced.

Hope your still under warranty - if not just keep trying it and maybe one day it'll start working again?
