Opinion on lambos...

Has anyone tried LamboDoors4u.com? They have pretty cheap lambo kits but I am questioning their legitimacy and whether the RX-8 kits actually fit...any info is appreciated

You get what you pay for...personally I would never put lambo doors on anything, but if you really want them; find a good quality set and buy those.

Seriously?!!!!

"Lambo" doors should run around $1000 from what I understand. Something in the $300 range just sounds retardedly getto and will most likely fall off on the highway...
Stop being cheap!

$600 - $1k for the mechanism and $1500 or so for proper installation.

Thanks again for the opinions guys. Also I'm not cheap, I just dont have $2500 right now and the $500 seemed like a good deal since it is supposed to be direct bolt on. It did seem very low priced which is why I am asking if anyone tried it.

nothing wrong with lambo doors as long as you go the quality route.
I've seen too many people with both 8's and other cars with cheap lambo doors and you see them :
1. fiddling with the doors to get them to open
2. fiddling with the doors to get them to close
3. trying to hide the dents/scratches/poor alignment of a bad install
4. reselling them for even cheaper because they finally got rid of them or spent real money on a good set with a good install.

to the OP, if you don't have the cash but want the doors, save your money till you do. If you dont want to spend that kind of money on doors, find a cheaper mod

Duly noted laythor, looks like I will be saving up a little more then... Which kit would you recommend? Also are the "bolt on" kits better than the regular ones?
