need help finding parts for a restoration project

Recently purchased a 2011 R3 with a few minor cosmetic issues, mainly headlights and tail lights and a small bit of surface rust on the driver rear door and a bit of curb rash on the wheels. Wheels are scheduled to be fixed, can’t find head lights or tail lights to save my life, and the rust has been appraised and seems affordable enough. My questions are does anyone have any connections to any local shops or anything that may not pop up on a typical google search that specializes in Rx8 or rotary car parts such as lights used. and has anyone had the velocity red Mica repainted I’m a bit worried about the color matching. The guy said it can be spot repaired and the paint can be blended without respirating the whole door and it’ll look good as new. I’m not super confident in that and I want to give this car the treatment it deserves. Thanks for any and all help.

Found some on ebay but they are used and still quite expensive. Gonna be hard to find S2. I would just go to the local Mazda dealer and order what you need new. Nothing better than OEM fitment.

Racer Tom is parting out an S2 in the FS area. It’s not an R3, but most of the parts you noted are the same. Not everything is listed, just pm him with your need.

Keep an eye on here

You may find something, no gurantee, but won't hurt to look at.
