So did u put in your new fog lights? I just got mine in the mail. Is taking off the front bumper the only way to put them on?

Technically, you *can* get them out and changed w/o taking the bumper off, but it's absolutely not worth the time and effort, you can just remove the 4 screws from the fender liners, the 8 or so screws from the top(4 for the metal/rubber hood seal, and the 4 underneath) just lift up in the center to pop the bumper off the one offset pin, and clip the bumper out on each side to get enough clearance to take them out and put them back in. No need to undo the bottom screws for the aero/etc.

I recommend Philips Crystal Vision Ultra. I have them in my Maxima, and already ordered them for my wife's RX8. Looks great and lasts. If your looking for a "blue look" then these are not for you. Though the bulb is tinted blue, they by no means give off any blue light. They are much whiter than regular halogens and match up quite well with 4300k color.

Here is a picture of them next to halogen fogs (Philips is in the driver side fog) from a fellow Maxima owner.
