I just ordered two low beam bulbs for a SII Sport. Dealer, had VIN. The bulbs fit, but the prongs were too wide for the wiring harness. These were steel, the older bulbs had copper pins. broke the retaining clip, so much worse than before. I don't think I was looking at the high beam bulb...

Dealer halogen bulbs are usually the crappiest ones in terms of lighting up the road. They are designed for longer life, but good luck seeing anything with them at night. Also overpriced for what they are.

A much better option would be Philips XtremeVision bulbs. I believe there was even an H7 bulb that has H9 filament in it(which makes it as bright as an H9 bulb), but it was discontinued at some point.

I wanted them to match for now. Lighting seems adequate for the driving I have to do. I really can't recall bulbs going out this often though. Maybe past cars weren't halogen
