All of the relevant fuel, spark, and apv table changes are copied. The oil is only slightly increased at high load and rpm.
Our RX-8 is a S1. It has not been tested on a S2. These are not radical changes. The tunes in our database are unlocked and can be viewed or edited by anyone with the full version of VersaTuner. You are also free to create your own tunes from scratch with the full version of VersaTuner. |
Hi all! I just purchased the full version VersaTuner and am curious if anyone has any recommendations for a good baseline tune given my particular mods.
The car is a 2009 Touring 6MT w/ less than 2k mi on Mazda Reman motor, 52k on trans/chassis) The following mods have less than 2,000 miles on them, as they were installed with the reman engine. BHR Ignition System BHR Motor Mounts ACT ProLite Flywheel Racing Beat Exhaust Header Magnaflow High-Flow Cat(AP cat-less midpipe until 500 miles ago, but had to replace it due to excessive noise) Agency Power Cat-Back Agency Power Crank Pulley Koyorad Racing Radiator Mishimoto Racing Thermostat KN Drop in Intake Filter Thanks in advance!! |
