Ignition map

Was wondering if anyone had a map for the stock or even a tuned ignition timing table? I'm running an S2 motor in Lotus 7 replica running a Megasquirt ECU. Right now I'm using a map for a 2nd gen RX-7. It starts and drives around the block but I'm sure isn't ideal. I'm not really sure what this motor likes for timing and would rather not blow it up trying to find out. Thanks!

This is a reasonably aggressive timing map off my S2. You'll need to figure out what load translates to on the Megasquirt though, so be really careful... I've linked a log in 3rd gear to give a little bit of context to what I see at full throttle.

Awesome! thank you. My first guess is the load is in Bar with a few cells on the positive side for good measure? Maybe having the intake pull from in front the radiator might pressurize the intake a small amount.

The RX8 is a Maf based system so it's a calculated Absolute Load

As mentioned above, MAF based system. Hence my words of warning

My intake does pull from in front of the radiator, as does stock. technically :P
