Fitting Racing harness in R3 Recaros?

HI all,
after a couple of track days, I am interested in seeing if fitting a harness is plausible to the R3 Recaro's?
has anyone done this ,
as I cant find any info in here about it.
I am considering a basic 4 point type.
@stevedallas ?

A basic 4 point harness is actually less safe than the factory 3-point. Unfortunately, the factory recaros don't have holes for sub-strap routing. If you want to jump down that rabbit hole you should budget for a proper race seat, harness bar, 6 (or 5) point harness with proper install hardware, and hans. Alternative safety upgrade would be the simpson hybrid-s which offers hans safety with the factory belt setup. I would recommend the latter, as it allows you to stay safe in other cars as well. Works great for instructing.

Correct-- there are holes on the top but not for the bottom.
