Well the way there setup seems like it is for a universal bolt pattern

They do look like universal bolt pattern wheels, but there are only 2 sets of holes. because one set is the typical german size, the other set might not be 5x114.3 like ours. They could be 5x112 which is another popular german size often used by benz.

edit: Never hurts to try. It only takes a few minutes to get a wheel off of each car.
