Will these volks fit?? Help

Someone is selling a set of TE37's 18x8.5, 5x114.3 gunmetal, +40 offset, 5 lug, w/ Nitto 555 tires (235/40/18) for a pretty good deal and i wanted to know if they would fit my rx8 before driving up to test fit them. Sorry for these redundant questions that people are asking, but after searching for a while i knew this would be the easiest way, didn't want this deal to slip away from me.

Thanks in advance for the help i'll post pictures when i get them on my car.

3.67 for gas ouch considering i'm in conservation mode while driving and only getting 230miles to the tank paying over 40 bucks. I don't know what i would do when gas gets to around that price. Probably just drive my BMW around or something (Bus Max Walk) = BMW

Those will fit, and I dont think you will need spacers. You may, however, need new hub rings, depending on what they were fitted on before. (They are only about 6 bucks a piece)...
