Will this setup work?

Hey guys, sorry for the potential repetitive question, but i've tried to work this out myself by searching and cannot figure out for sure whether this setup will work. I have come across a really good deal on a set of wheels that i really like, but want to make sure the offsets will be ok.

Front: 19x8 +45 offset (225/35 tyres)
Rear: 19x8.5 +47 offset (245/35 tyres)

Ideally i would have wanted 8.5 front and 9.5 rear, but at the price of the rims, i cannot ignore this offer. Any responses will be MUCH appreciated.

The fronts will probably work. The backs you will might be rubbing the caliper with that offset...unless you get a spacer of some kind.

5 mm spacer should work. you'll get a inner clearance of about 2mm from stock.
