Will +37 offset fit?

Hey I'm new here. Just bought a 04 winning blue 6 speed with 23k that still has the factory tires on the front so I'm thinking about getting new wheels and tires at the same time. I'm looking at the ro_ja r2, will this work in a 18x9 with a +37 offset?

I show the wheels would be extremely aggresive and would sit very close to the fender. you may have rubbing issues. I can order this wheel for 499.00 each in black or silver.
