will 275/35/19 rub?

will 275/35/19 rub? i'm currently running 275/30/19 set on my rear wheels, but for my next set, i'm wondering if i could run a slightly larger set of wheels on my rear wheels and still not rub or scuff my wheel wells or fenders

well... best way to check is look at your current space. Do you have room for and additional 13.75mm?

You can probably answer this question better than the rest of us. I am running 275/30/19 at the moment, and on my car going to 35 won't be a problem. The thing is... we probably have a different suspension set up.

only suspension upgrade i have on my 8 is the eibach springs. 30mm drop. i can barely stick two fingers in between the gap of my wheel and the fender.

what's the offset.

Offset is one of the main factors.

well, are your two fingers greather than or less than 13mm? It sounds to me like you won't have the room to go 275/35/19

i don't have a ruler to measure my two fingers to see if they are greater or less than 13mm

and......what is offset? i mean, i know it has something to do with the size of the wheel, but not really sure what it is.

The 35 series is going to use up another 1/2" of your space.

Tire Size Sidewall Diameter Circumference Rev/Mile Difference
225/45-18 4.0 in. 25.97 in. 81.59 in. 777 0.0% stock
275/30-19 3.2 in. 25.50 in. 80.10 in. 791 -1.8%
275/35-19 3.8 in. 26.58 in. 83.50 in. 759 2.3%

offset is how far your wheels stick out in relation to the width of the wheel... the lower the offset of a rim the further it sticks out..

i forget the offset of my rims. is there a place that will tell me what the offset is, or is there a way i can measure it myself? My rims are the Axis Hiros, and my current configuration is as stated below (if it helps).

Front: 245/35/19
Rear: 275/35/19
