will 245/45 18 fit?

My tires are almost gone, and I'm thinking about getting some s-03's. I just wanted to go a little wider, but the next closest size was 245. Will I have any problems, such as hitting the side walls of the car if I go with this size? Is there any possible problem I should be aware of if I go to this size? Thanks.

Yeah, 245/40/18 is closer to stock diameter than 245/40/18, and it fits fine.
