Where to buy OEM wheels?

Hi Everyone,

I have been searching online to buy a set of used 17" OEM wheels for my 2009 RX8 R3. I have had no luck at all so far. I'm planning to set these up with winter tires.

Can tell me where I can go to get the wheels I'm looking for please? Much appreciated!

^yeah what he said. was "17" a typo and you meant "19"? r3's wheels are 19's, non-r3's wheels are 18's.

If he was I would highly suggest not getting a replacement set of R3 wheels, as they are ~$2K each

Ummmm...you sure guys? I thought there were pre-09 models sold with 17" or 16" wheels, and I believe these were the base models!

Also.....for the 09..........."Standard for all models are new front bumper with larger air-intakes, turn indicator at the side air-vents, LED lamps at the rear lights, 17-inch aluminum wheels that are available in 3 new designs for the base model and Type E, 18-inch wheels for Type S and also 19-inch for Type RS."

Japan has'em..............type E.
Anyway, if just going for Winter, I wouldn't buy OEM as they are too damn expensive! I'd want something I could take curb rash and not get upset.

Hey OP try to find a 17x7 wheel for the winter. Enkei makes some cheap , strong wheels. Im not saying they'll look the best, but 'cheap' is the keyword haha

Thanks guys for the information and advise. I was looking for pre-09 or 09 17" stock wheels. I thought it did come with base models. I'm actually living in Pittsburgh, PA now. I need to update my locale.
