Question wheels for titanium grey

hey guys (& girls),
i am looking for some wheels for my titanium grey. i cannot find too many good pictures here on the forum, or anywhere else for that matter. either 18 or 19.....i just cant decide what color/style goes best with titanium grey! i will take any suggestions, im pretty desperate (but NO CHROME!). appreciate the help.

ps-currently, i am sort of looking at:
ssr competitions, anthracite finish
ssr gt2
enkei rp-f1
advan model 5
wedssport tc005
wedssport sa70

i visit tirerack a lot, but the picture of the titanium grey on there really doesnt do the car justice, especially without the appearance package...

ssr comps backorded good luck getting those . I like both wedsports. Judging by your choices you're looking for lightweight rims, so if you can't get the comps I'd look into volk ce28n.

I've been looking at rims for my Ti Grey for the last few days. I always had a woodie for the GT2s, but unfortunately Tirerack is out (at least in the 18" size) and they are never getting any more, which really bums me. Have you found them somewhere else?

SSR GT7s look nice, as do several of the gram Lights wheels. For Ti Grey, I tend to gravitate to a silver or anthracite center with a polished lip, although bronze looks good too.

Given that the GT2s are gone I'm really liking the gram Lights 57 Pro. 57s Pro is nice too. These guys are trying to put together a group buy, but I'm not sure of the status of it.

Anyway, they have some nice wheels to choose from. Check out the Volks as well.

Regarding the second link, are you referring to the Enkei RPo2s?? I just received my new set! can't wait to get my tires mounted to 'em and on the car. Ti Grey here, so I will try and post pics for the OP's benefit.
Followup Q: do U know if the RPO2s willl accept TPMS module?

Yeah, the RP02s are an amazing deal. Too bad the offset isn't a few mm more - I'd use 'em for autocross.

I've attached an image with my four top choices right now:

Top = WedsSport SA-70 Bronze
Middle top = gram Lights 57Pro Silver/Grey
Middle bottom = SSR GT7 Grey
Bottom = SSR GT7 Silver

Problem with the SSRs is that they are discontinued - damage one and you are out of luck.

Yes, SSR is coming back, or at least there designs are, but I've been told only a couple wheel lines will survive. I got this info two days ago from another Tirerack employee (don't remember his name). I can't personally vouch for the accuracy of the info, though.

o ok....thanks george. i think i might have deleted the PM, so ill just have to take your word for it for now! if i recall, i do think the competitions are coming back....but we'll just have to wait & see. if those were available now, i would probably get them. im also looking at tein flexes, an rp highflow cat, & revi intake, so ill have to figure out which parts have priority...but the fact that i will need tires soon might make a very good excuse to go ahead & do the wheels now.

If your interested in some staggered 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 Enkei RP-F1 Type RC's, I think there is a set at Big Bear Tire in Wisconsin that Marty would prolly give you a good deal on if you call him. I was just talking to him about some NT03+M's and he mentioned that he had a set.

Yes, Tirerack. I was working with Rishie but just couldn't find the right wheel for my parameters (cost, appearance, weight).

I'm not going staggered either. That's why I wasn't interested in the type RC's. I am pretty sure I'm going with 18x8.5 Enkei NT03+M in silver though. So far Big Bear has quoted me the best price but I am waiting on Rishie to get back to me again.

I've also got a TI Grey. I'm getting 18X8.5 5Zigen FN01RC's in the silver shipped from Glendale, CA. It's a toned down silver (not a gaudy chrome). There's a sweet hyperblack that would look good too but I've got some black Konig holes on my winters so I wanted a silver for summer.

They're reasonably light so you get some performance benefits as well and won't break your bank. Give them a look.
